Our Club Design Process

1. Enquiry and brief: Tell us about your club, colours and requirements.
2. Design: We prepare bespoke digital visuals for your approval.
3. Approval and sizing: Artwork and sizing are confirmed before production.
4. UK production and delivery: Approved garments are manufactured in the UK and dispatched to the club or directly to members.

Production Times

Design and approval typically takes around 1–2 weeks, followed by approximately 2–3 weeks for UK production. Lead times can be longer during busy periods, so clubs preparing for competitions should enquire as early as possible.

Club Ordering and Commission

Clubs can receive a dedicated area on the Velocity Pro Sport website, allowing parents and members to order their kit directly. Clubs can also choose to earn commission on eligible bespoke sales, while bulk ordering remains available where preferred.
