Returns Policy

We can imagine that you cannot wait to try on your item once you got it delivered. In the event that you don't quite fit into your item, then we'll offer you the opportunity to send your itemback within 30 days of receipt.

Please be sure to provide a note containing your contact information as well as your original order number (starts with #) together with a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned. 

Please be aware that you can only return your item on the condition that you send back the item unworn (apart from trying it on) and unsoiled including the original labels within the same delivery packaging, typically this would be a clear PVC bag and card insert. You would have to cover the mail costs to return your order yourself (unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item).

Refunds

In the very unlikely event that you're not satisfied with the received product, we'll offer you the opportunity to send your product back within 30 days in return for a refund. Please be aware that you can only return your item on the condition that you send back item unworn (apart from trying it on) and unsoiled including the original labels within the same delivery box. You would have to cover the mail costs to return your order yourself (unless you have originally received a faulty or incorrect item that is accept as such by our team). 

Any order that is returned without exchange and no report fault will be refunded minus the original postage. Any orders that are evidenced and accepted as faulty by our team can be returned to us using Royal Mail 48 recorded services only which can be purchased for £2.85 (Small Parcel, up to 250gram) either at a local post office or online (https://send.royalmail.com/). An additional postage credit will be provided up to this amount unless authorised in advance by our team. If you wish to return your parcel by any other courier and/postal service without authorisation from our returns team, then the buyer is responsible for these additional costs, this includes the use of expedited services such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. 

Personalised Items and Club Uniforms

Personalised orders and club uniforms are not subject to distance selling laws therefore such goods can not be returned unless they reported, evidenced and accepted as faulty. Please contact us via sales@gymnasticsleotards.co.uk to arrange this and we'll make sure that you will get a full refund within 5 working days of it being safley returned to us.
